Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Outflow ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Outflow on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Premium Subscriptions

Outflow offers optional premium features (Receipt Scanner, Voice Logger, Smart Categories, Secure Vault) via in-app subscription. On Android, billing is handled by Google Play; on iOS, by the Apple App Store (StoreKit).

• Free trial: 7 days. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS) until you cancel.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions (Android) or Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (iOS). You keep premium access until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds: Handled by Google Play or the App Store under their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
• Pricing changes: If we change pricing, you'll be notified per the store's rules and may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Your Data

Your financial data is yours. It lives on your device. You may export, back up, or delete it at any time. Outflow is a tool — you are responsible for the accuracy and safekeeping of your records. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what local law allows
• Use the app to commit fraud, evade taxes, or violate any law
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or any premium feature
• Interfere with the app's security mechanisms or impersonate another user

Intellectual Property

Outflow, its name, logo, design, and source code are owned by CompilerZ. These Terms grant you a license to use the app — not ownership.

Third-Party Services

Outflow integrates with Google Play Billing or Apple App Store / StoreKit (purchases, depending on your platform), Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (anonymous usage and crash data), and optionally Google Drive (Android) or iCloud Drive (iOS) if you enable backup. Your use of these services is also governed by Google's and Apple's respective terms.

Disclaimer

Outflow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a specific purpose. The app is not financial advice — consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompilerZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for premium features in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Outflow and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Premium subscriptions follow Google Play's or the App Store's cancellation rules, depending on where you purchased.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CompilerZ is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
